Yes. During team setup, the welcome wizard lets you enter how many duties (points) each player has already done. The assignment algorithm uses that right away, so players who've already done a lot aren't picked first again. Just copy the count from your spreadsheet.

You switch canteen duty on once as a duty and the algorithm spreads it across all families, based on who has already had a turn. A family that stood behind the bar last month automatically moves to the back of the queue. The cumulative leaderboard shows everyone that it adds up, so you never have to defend the rota in the group chat again.

Yes. For away matches Coach12 assigns driving parents automatically, using the same fairness algorithm as the other duties. Parents see per match whether they're driving and can hand it back in one tap; the system then finds a replacement itself and messages you and the new driver. You share the rota to the WhatsApp group in one tap.

Whistling is a duty like any other: switch it on and it rotates across the whole team automatically. Mandatory duties rotate separately from voluntary ones, so a family that volunteers a lot doesn't also end up whistling more often. Anyone who can't make it hands the turn back without losing points.

Yes. You link your club page once, and after that matches, changes and cancellations are imported automatically. School holidays for your region are added too, and training in those weeks is cancelled automatically, so the calendar stays correct without anyone maintaining it.

Yes. You build the line-up on a visual pitch, pick a formation and can let "Shuffle" propose a fair starting eleven. One tap shares it with the parents over WhatsApp. Match statistics are optional and included free: you don't have to use them.

During the match you tap players for goals, cards and substitutions, and you see live how many bench minutes each player has. That keeps playing time fair without a notebook. Afterwards, minutes played, goals and clean sheets appear in the season overview with a player ranking automatically.
