How a match day works
1. Build the line-up
Put your players on a visual pitch, pick a formation and let "Shuffle" propose a fair starting eleven. Want training attendance to count? Whoever missed a session this week then drops down the line-up. Share the line-up with the parents over WhatsApp in one tap.
2. Record live
Clock and score run along. Tap a player for a goal, card, substitution or shot; the badges appear right on the pitch. Swapping two players' positions works too. Made a mistake? Undo with one button.
3. Keep playing time fair
During the match you see live how many bench minutes each player has. That lets you divide playing time fairly without doing the maths.
4. Season overview
After the final whistle, minutes played, minutes per position, goals and clean sheets land in the season overview automatically. For every match you can read back the report, including who scored from which position. Didn't record it live? Fill the match in afterwards.
Keeping track of training
Attendance per player
See training attendance per player and per week, based on who called off. You spot straight away who misses a lot.
Late arrivals
Someone turned up late? Mark it on the session in one tap. It is counted separately and does not lower the attendance percentage.
Look back per player
Tap a player to see every session of the season: present, late or absent. With "Hide present" only the missed sessions and late arrivals remain.
Move a session
Tuesday's training moving to Wednesday? Move just that one session without changing the regular schedule. Parents are notified automatically.

Frequently asked questions from coaches
Can I build the line-up on a pitch and share it?
Yes. You build the line-up on a visual pitch, pick a formation and share it with the parents over WhatsApp in one tap. With "Shuffle" you can let the system propose a fair starting eleven, which you can then adjust yourself.
How do I track playing time during the match?
The clock runs along and you tap players for substitutions. Playing minutes add themselves up, so there is nothing to note down. During the match you see live how many bench minutes each player has, so you can keep playing time fair.
Do I get match statistics for my youth team?
Yes, and they are included free. You record goals, cards, substitutions and shots live with one tap. Afterwards, minutes played, minutes per position, goals and clean sheets appear in a season overview with a player ranking automatically, and you can read back a report for every match.
Can I keep track of who came to training?
Yes. Parents and players call off in the app, and you can still mark someone absent or late yourself. That gives you training attendance per player and per week. Tap a player to see which sessions they missed.
Does training attendance count towards the line-up?
If you want it to. Switch on "Weigh training attendance" when building the line-up: whoever missed a session this week drops down the order in Shuffle, and whoever was late drops a little less. Nobody is left out by it, and you can still adjust the line-up yourself afterwards.
Can I enter or correct a match afterwards?
Yes. If you didn't record a match live, you pick afterwards who played and who kept goal, and fill in the goals and cards. Playing minutes are not counted then, everything else is. A match you did record live can still be corrected once it is over.
Can I export the statistics?
Yes, to Excel. You get one file with all of the season's match and training statistics: per player, per match and per week, including the line-ups and how each match unfolded.
Do I have to keep statistics as a coach?
No, it is entirely optional. The head coach switches it on per season. If you leave it off, the rest of Coach12 keeps working: duties, matches, carpool and the training calendar.
Can someone cover a training session for me?
Yes. If you can't take a session, you ask a fellow coach to cover in one tap. They get a notification and can confirm straight away.
Do I need a separate statistics app for this?
No. Line-up, live recording and the season overview live in the same app as the duties, matches and training calendar. No second app and no extra cost.
